Cardline is a local-only business-card scanner and contact organizer for iPhone. It does not use accounts, subscriptions, analytics, advertising, or cloud sync.
What to Include
When you contact support, please include:
- The issue or question.
- Your device model.
- Your iOS version.
- Your Cardline app version, if you know it.
- Any steps that help reproduce the issue.
Please do not send private business-card photos or contact lists unless support specifically asks for a limited example.
Privacy Questions
For privacy questions, data deletion questions, or App Store privacy inquiries, email luminoaimain@gmail.com.
Cardline stores your contacts, scanned card photos, My Card profile, and settings on your device. The app does not transmit that data to the developer or to a third party.
Self-Service Data Controls
Inside Cardline, you can:
- Delete a single contact from the contact detail screen.
- Delete all scanned card images from Settings -> Data & Privacy.
- Delete all contacts from Settings -> Data & Privacy.
- Remove all Cardline data by uninstalling the app.
If you enabled "Save scans to Phone Contacts", contacts written into your system Contacts app are managed in the Contacts app and are not removed by deleting Cardline contacts or uninstalling Cardline.
